The Red Hill fuel tanks are still in the news, almost five years after Carroll first started talking about it. In 2014 Carroll first discovered oil leaking in the parking lot at the Animal Quarantine Station in Halawa. He started discussing the situation, his research, and the denials, on his radio show. Since then the Red Hill Fuel Tanks have become big news.
Today, Carroll replays a show from February 16, 2014, regarding information obtained from documents he recovered discussing past fuel leaks at the Red Hill fuel tank facility. During his research he learned the State Department of Health and the military have been covering up the number and size of leaks that have occurred over the past 60 years. The state
is required to notify the public about chemicals found in water even though they may not provide a health risk. They did not do this. One response was that the facility was secret. That may have been true 50 years ago, but everyone knows about it, and some have even taken tours of the facility in recent years.
Since the 2014 show, Carroll discussed Red Hill in detail on a number of other shows. He will be replaying the shows on talk808.com, starting Monday, September 24, at 9:00 am and 5:00 pm each day. You can also listen to the shows anytime.
