Carroll thanks the many people who have contacted him over the years regarding various issues. He also talks about the new year and the new legislative session, with hopes for an honest and open approach to government in 2019.
Carroll's guest today is Marsha Joyner. They discuss "Cannabis Chronicles, a 10,000 Year Odyssey". The book explores the hemp plant and its many uses. It's not just marijuana or "medicine". Industrial hemp can be a huge industry for Hawaii and Marsha talks about how it will work. Cannabis is also great for medicinal purposes.
Marsha is setting up a weekly, 1-hour show to talk about cannabis and keep you informed regarding progress on using cannabis and growing hemp in Hawaii. The show will air on www.talk808.com. More information to come.
