During the second hour Carroll and Summer discuss DLNR, Laura Thielen, Mark Young, and the head of law enforcement job held open for him for more than a year while he completed his duties with the United States Coast Guard. Now, why did Young quit after only a few months on the job? Laura will also be leaving in a couple of weeks. Should she be involved in hiring his replacement after this fiasco?
