    What the Dept. of Health will not tell you!   Carroll talks about the Department of Health's April 22, 2010, press release confirming "Cases of Salmonella Related to Eating Raw Tuna".   Although there were 13 recently confirmed cases of Salmonella Paratyphi B,  and an additional 35 cases between Oct. 2007 and Feb. 2008, the DOH still refuses to say where the ahi was purchased.    But, Carroll has identified one of the retail outlets - Kuru Kuru Sushi in Pearl Kai Shopping Center.   (More Information)
