      Carroll talks about politics and the upcoming elections.  Can political promises be turned into actions?  Where's the accountability?

      Abercrombie promises a new agency, the Hawaii Energy Authority, to study renewable energy, but it will take two years just to get started. Aiona plans on reducing imported fossil fuel in half by 2018.

      Aiona says his religious convictions are not part of government, but past statements indicate he wants to be governor so he can dedicate Hawaii to God.  (previously discussed on our show 04/25/10)
