          December 13, 2015, Honolulu, Hawaii.

Carroll continues the discussion of racism started on Poka's show, and debates the issues with listeners.  This is a subject he has talked about on many shows in the past.

Carroll also discusses the City and County of Honolulu's H-Power audit dated December, 2015.  He provided a copy to the StarAdvertiser and they published an article about the audit in their Sunday edition, 12/13/15.  The audit lists many violations of the city's procurement rules and the details of overspending.   As expected, the city disagreed with the audit and  issued statements to justify their practices.  Carroll also researched political donations and contract modifications for HDR Engineering, one of the contractors working on H-Power.   What other projects are using the same practices to bilk the taxpayers?   Maybe the rail?    Listen as Carroll reveals some of the shocking details.

Is H-Power green?  Carroll discusses this aspect of the purpose and management of H-power.

Meanwhile, the EPA is complimenting H-Power, even though it has also been shown H-Power is exceeding pollution levels.   Read the City Council's Resolution regarding H-Power here.
