Carroll talks about taxes, leaking oil at an old storage site, fireworks in a Waikele Cave, cover-ups, violation of disclosure laws, and problems obtaining documents under FOIA.
Regarding the Waikele Caves fireworks explosion; per official permits (see attached), Donaldson's must destroy fireworks within 90 days, but no such action was ever reported to state offices. Fireworks
were stored in violation of the law. Also, we are posting a copy of the laws here - Department of Health Hazardous Waste Management HARS Chapter 262 and HARS Chapter 270.
