Several years ago Carroll filed complaints about Todd Apo regarding the landfill and the Ko Olina boat ramp, but the ruling was "no conflict of interest". Opinion regarding our complaint. We wonder, is the ethics commission ethical? Todd Apo now wants to be on the new rail commission.
What about problems with air traffic controllers falling asleep? One controller is in the tower while multiple TSA agents stand around checkpoints looking at our toothpaste, patting us down and just watching us pass by. Where and what is the point of safety?
