RESULTS HAPPEN
In January, 2015, Carroll reported a large spill of 42,000
gallons of jet fuel leaking from tank at
a facility on Sand Island, Honolulu. (see shows of 2/1/15 and 2/8/15). On January 30, 2015 the EPA issued an Order for Remval, Mitigation or Prevent of Substational Threat of Oil Discharge. (see attached). EnviroWatch, Inc. filed a complaint on 2/5/2015, asking to have
the matter investigated (see letter of complaint). On June 22, 2015, the EPA sent a Notice of
Proposed Safety Order to Aircraft Services International Group (ASIG). (see attached). A Consent Decree of agreement was issued on May 25, 2016 (see attached).
