DANGEROUS WATERS:  Carroll talks with Scott King about  the  mysterious drowning in the Hilton Hawaiian Village Lagoon   (more Info).  Does Hawaii have adequate warnings and safety measures in place for swimmers and tourists?  Two weeks after the drowning toddlers were still playing in the whirlpool at the site of the drowning.  No signs have been posted.
 
 
Related story:  On Friday, 8/14, a visitor from Japan disappeared while snorkeling in waters off the Hilton Hawaiian Village.    The U.S. Coast Guard and Honolulu Fire Dept. rescue team continued their Saturday, but he was found drowned early Sunday morning.  (pictures)
