Carroll and Tina Quizon talk about the FDA's negative response to requests for information about Baby MumMum, a product that contains imported powdered milk  currently under alert for possible contamination.   Although the importer, Family Food Co., was open in providing information about their product, the FDA has refused to respond to requests for information.
