ILLEGAL DUMP BY WAIPIO SOCCER FIELD

September 30, 2012:  Following are pictures of materials  illegally dumped next to the Waipio Soccer Field where our keiki play.    The city knew about the dump but lied to the public.   Mayor Carlisle, in a press conference in November, 2011, told us there would be an investigation.  However, Carroll has documentation showing  Mayor Carlisle and  City Manager Caldwell already knew about the dumpsite on land  the city leased from the Navy.    Documents show the site was used to store and sort various materials before taking them to the landfill.
