Carroll and callers debate the "not so surprising" results of the primary elections in Hawaii, including the days leading up to the election and the still to come, delayed voting in the Puna District of the Big Island. Although there has been some progress in the state, Carroll reminds us about the many neglected problems
and failed programs that are important to the people of Hawaii. Carroll, for one, is looking forward to a new day and a new administration, particularly in the Department of Health and the Department of Land and Natural Resources.
