We are posting pictures some of you might find offensive but we believe that, while reporting the facts of this story, it is important to display things in their totality. To those who feel it is inappropriate to show the "N" word here, we respect that, but to tell the whole story we need to present the evidence as is. According to what Mr. Toney conveyed to us, we find Mr. Braggs' handling of this matter more offensive than any picture the word could ever have. We apologize if you are offended, but when someone insults the community's intelligence by orchestrating such a story, we think we have done the right thing by discussing it here. All four tires on the vehicle were slashed, so it could not be moved. Mr. Toney, the owner of the car reported it to the police and his insurance company is taking care of it. End of story.
