Below is item J-1 on the 7/27/18 BLNR meeting agenda that was subsequently withdrawn by Chairman Suzanne Case. It appears the withdrawal of the GKM, Inc. request from the agenda leaves the matter of fuel sales unresolved. See below for Carroll's questions and the DLNR response.

Subject: UIPA Request regarding GKM, Inc.

To Whom It May Concern,

Please accept this letter as my formal Uniform Information Practices Act Request for documents and information related to the status of GKM, Inc. ( Boating Lease No. H-2-4 )and its tenants.

We would like to ask your assistance in obtaining answers to the following questions:

Why was item J -1 withdrawn from the July 27, 2018 meeting Agenda of the Board of Land and Natural Resources?

Will the item be replaced on the agenda, if yes when, if no why not?

Why has the DLNR/DOBAR failed to collect the Rental Rate of Five Percent for earlier sales of fuel?

Please explain how GKM Inc. or its tenant was allowed to sell fuel without prior written approval?

How long has GKM Inc been allowed to operate without a fuel agreement?

How many occasions was the GKM Inc. placed on the Land Board’s meeting agenda?

How many occasions was the GKM Inc. removed from the Land Board’s meeting agenda? Please provide dates and justification for the removal.

I will be discussing this matter on my show this coming Sunday and would appreciate receiving the requested information by the end of the work day this Friday.
